The printer met my expectations in terms of reliability, but I'm puzzled as to why the fonts come out so tiny. There appears to be enough space for a bigger and bolder font, perhaps even a total amount that's more prominent. The font size looks smaller than 10pt.

The initial one I received was damaged upon arrival. However, the replacement functions well and produces quality prints. It's relatively lightweight, but I do wish it could accommodate larger paper rolls. Nonetheless, I intend to keep it.

Connecting Two Serial Cables Made Easy

Great little printer! It works wonders with the Cassida Bill Counter. Nonetheless, there wasn't any clear instruction on how to connect it to my bill counter. After some trial and error, I realized that I needed to use wires to connect the Serial Ports of the bill counter and the Printer. It may seem like a no-brainer, but it can be perplexing if you don't consider the proper connection method.
