Firmware Update for Select 7710R Units

A firmware fix is available for a small number of 7710R units. Most units
are unaffected - check below to see if yours needs it.

Do you need this update?

Your unit needs updating only if both are true:

1. Serial number falls in one of
   these ranges:

• 1062108821R56650–56699
• 1062308821R56650–56669
• 1062308821R56670–56749

1. About screen shows:

• Version: CAS7710RMOS_250224
• Main: CAS7710R_20250711a

If either doesn't match, no action needed.

How to update (5 minutes)

1. Download the firmware update
2. On a FAT32 USB drive, create a folder named "GIN" and put the file inside it (Make sure your USB drive is formatted as FAT32 - if it isn't, follow this procedure)
3. Plug the USB into the 7710R and power it on - installation starts automatically
4. Done when the screen shows "System Upgrade Success"
