Cassida offers free standard shipping on purchases over $39 in both the United States and Canada. For orders under $39, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service.
Orders placed in the United States are fulfilled through Cassida’s U.S. operations, while Canadian orders are fulfilled through Cassida’s Canadian operations.

Please note: Cassida does not use standard flat shipping rates for orders under $39. Shipping Methods
Orders with paid shipping are sent via available carriers based on the destination and shipping requirements. U.S. orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier determines the transit time. Weather, holidays, carrier congestion, and other circumstances outside of Cassida’s control may delay delivery.

If Your Package Shows “Delivered”
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:
