Where is the serial number for my unit? What does it look like?
A:Your serial number is a string of numbers and letters unique to your unity located on the underside of your unit.
How do I clean my unit and how often does it need to be cleaned?
A:Like other coin sorters on the market, standard maintenance and cleaning of the unit are important and recommended to significantly prolonging the lifespan of the product. Cleaning the unit helps prevent issues that may lead to costly repairs. Dirty sensors can affect the overall performance of the Cassida's C200, which can lead to a variety of errors such as E1-E9 and EA codes (Please see user manual for code explainations). We at Cassida suggest performing weekly celaning on the unit to maintain top performance. What does this error mean?
A:

| E1 - E8 | A counting sensor may have collected dust, or is obscured by a foreign object. |
Clean the counting sensor using a Cassida air duster and a CleanPro swab (see user manual section 3.1). Inspect coin outlet openings for possible foreign material that may be present (rubber bands, paper, etc.). |
| E9 | Run sensor does not detect rotation of the coin platter. |
Clean the running sensor (see user manual section 3.1). Inspect the interior of the machine for possible foreign material that may be preventing the coin platter from rotating. If the error persists, contact Cassida Technical Support (see user manual section 3.3). |

Does This unit keep count of coins added?
A:Yes, the C200 operates in ADD mode by default. In ADD mode, the coin count is added to the count from the previous batches. To start a new count, press the "C" button. This will reset the coin count size to zero.
Does this unit recognize coin value?
A:Yes, the C200 has designated chutes for each denomination of coin.
Does the C200 sort coins?
A:Yes, the C200 can sort coins into bins, or you can sort and wrap coin rolls using the provided coin tubes.
Does the C200 wrap/roll coins?
A:Yes, the C200 can wrap/roll coins using the provided coin tubes. You can quickly set the preset batch amounts for all coin denominations by simply holding down the "+" button for 3 seconds. You can also use just the coin bins to sort large amounts of coins.
Why does my unit jam?
A:Majority of jamming issues with the C200 happen with the Paddle Drive. After the bank stopped accepting loose coins, I needed a sorter/counter for the money from our employee's vending machine. I tried a cheaper counter but it was very inaccurate with the coin rollers, so I returned it and bought this one. I'm really happy with it. It has sorting trays and coin tubes for pre-formed coin wrappers. I rolled almost $1000 in coins in just an hour. Can't do that by hand! I suggest this machine for any small business that needs to sort or roll coins.

I'm thrilled with my coin sorting gadget! I only utilize the compartments, not the coin wrapper add-on. (banks generally undo the rolls of coins and recount them, making your wrappers useless) This device saves me a ton of time! I regret not purchasing it earlier!

I run a small business and employ this device to tally a few hundred dollars worth of coins every week. I purchase pre-made coin wrapper tubes in bulk and this gadget fills them rapidly. It has been in my possession for around a year and it is still functioning well, saving me a lot of time. If you are in the market for a coin counting machine, I highly recommend this one. Just make sure to deposit only coins into the receptacle, and eliminate any staples, elastic bands, and fifty-cent coins (one-dollar coins are acceptable, but not half-dollar coins).

This device is precise and handles preformed wrappers well. Digging the coin cups for processing bulk change sans the preformed coin wrappers. The speed is decent if the hopper isn't overloaded - even though it claims to hold 200 coins, it's quicker with fewer. The construction is solid and it beats retail machines at this price point. I've returned pricier retail machines after less than half an hour because they were inaccurate and poorly constructed. This machine is a winner for the price.

Defective unit after few months of usage

We got this device for our small store and we use it around 3-4 times a day, just for basic cash drawer activities. However, after 3 months, we started having issues with coins getting stuck and miscounts. Even worse, coins were falling into the machine's interior. We contacted tech support and they suggested we check sensors, look for blockages, and clean the device. Unfortunately, none of these steps helped. Cleaning the interior was understandable, but it was in mint condition and not the root of the problem. We called tech support again, but they said we couldn't exchange the unit and had to send it back for repairs. This is inconvenient and expensive, and we'll be without the device for at least a week. Although they promised quick repairs, I'm disappointed because this was a $200 device and I expected better quality and service. I won't buy this unit again and I think I'll have to replace it within a year. It's not a good value, poorly built, and not recommended for professional-level use.
