C300 SERIES

Purchased this coin contraption nearly a year back, functions pretty well for the cost. It's precise and effortless to operate. Though, it could get stuck if anything apart from coins is inserted, but it does the job. We utilize it regularly for average sums of alteration, ranging from $100 to $300.

The only issue was my fault. This gadget is speedy and precise-- I tested it thoroughly and it passed with flying colors. You'll need plenty of change to tally up because it handles the task with ease. I also suggest the wrapping kit that includes twisting and crimping. Once you get the hang of it, it works great-- fast and effortless.

This nifty gadget has allowed me to ditch Coinstar and take my coins straight to the bank in rolls. If you're using Coinstar or a similar service that takes a percentage of your coin values over time, this device will pay for itself. It's speedy and accurate, never making a mistake when counting or rolling my change. While I've used the trays to separate coin denominations, I mostly rely on it to count and roll my change. The design is top-notch and the materials are high quality. It seems to work faster than 300 coins per minute, so be ready to swap out full rolls for empty ones. This is easily one of my best purchases and I have no regrets. I highly recommend this sorter to anyone who needs to sort, count, and roll their own change.

As a gas station owner, having this tool really simplifies managing payments. The investment is definitely worth it.

We hold a conference where we sell books and have registers available. At any given time, we have about 7 registers open. At the end of each night, we need to count the tills and sales, and withdraw the money from the registers. Initially, we counted the till change by hand, which was a slow and tedious process that took over an hour to count all 7 registers. With the 3 point check, counting change by hand was even slower and sometimes led to human error, requiring us to count more than 3 times. However, since we acquired this machine, it has reduced our counting time by half or more. We now spend only 30 minutes counting all 7 tills. This change machine is fast, effective, and accurate.
Regarding the machine itself, the rotating blade where the change is sorted is somewhat slow, but it can sort a whole tray of coins in less than a minute. You can also push the coins a little over the rotating tumbler if you feel it's rotating slowly, which does not affect the sorting process, only pushes the coins down the sorting hole faster. The machine is equipped with a printing function, which is a GODSEND. We love this printout. Multiple people use this one counting machine, so the ability to print out a report of the change makes going between groups much quicker. No one has to sit there and write down the change numbers. They simply attach a coin counting printer, and with a press of the button, the report will print. It's fantastic and by far the best feature of the machine.
The machine sorts by size, so the trays do not sit in numerical order, e.g. $1, .25, .10, .05, .01; but rather it goes by size so the 1 cent comes before the 5 cents. It's a slight annoyance but not enough to deter us from using the machine. Additionally, the machine does not differentiate between foreign currency and US currency. If you have a foreign currency that is the same size as a penny, it will be sorted with the pennies. We tried this machine with some foreign currency that we had, and for the most part, anything that was odd-sized or shaped ended up in the $1 tray, but if there was a coin that was the same size and shape as the other US coins, it sorted into those trays.
We have only used the tray functionality, not the coin wrappers. However, the idea that we could roll coins easily is fantastic. We cannot attest to the ease of this feature, but it is nice to have in case we use it in the future. You can set the machine's functionality to sort the different denominations to a certain dollar amount. For instance, you can set pennies to only sort up to $0.50, which is the amount of a penny roll. The machine will stop sorting the pennies until you stop and reset the sorter. This goes for all the other denominations, making rolling the coins very easy.
Lastly, the carrying handle is convenient if you ever need to move it. It is heavy but not too heavy to carry. We highly recommend this machine if you are counting a lot of change.
