Cassida C500 Coin Counter

Used to be you could call and get an answer.

Needed parts, tried to email service and response took over 24 hrs. Told to email a parts address. No reply in over 4 days. Who does parts business by email. No pricing, and it will be a cold day before I put a card number on email, but not to worry. They won't answer it anyway.

Company went down hill big time

Cassida has always been great at making machines. I own several Cassida machines and always happy with them.

The video won't load. The Cassida C500 is a reliable item. I utilize this coin counter frequently for my job and it's a game changer. It arranges, tallies, and wraps the coins all in one user-friendly device. The C500 can handle a large amount of coins simultaneously and eliminate any undesired currency. I suggest this item to anyone who handles a significant amount of coins or desires to simplify regular coin management.

I've got a coin sorter that separates my change into pennies, dimes, nickels, quarters, and dollars. Unfortunately, it doesn't catch any bent or distorted quarters that my washers and dryers rely on. Luckily, Cassida lets me adjust the thickness gauge to weed out those bad coins and prevent jams. I highly recommend it for businesses that need reliable coins. The only downside is that you have to pass each batch of coins through four times to sort them by denomination. That's why I still use my Klopp coin sorter for a quick initial sort, then let Cassida reject any bad quarters.

This device is awesome! It's lightweight and simple to use. I thoroughly tested it approximately two weeks ago and it performed exceptionally well. I'd definitely suggest it to my loved ones.
